  I was a tenant at 621 military east. I gave notice that I was moving, and the owner decided to sell. It is listed with Cabrera. I moved out before Christmas (over 2 months ago) but they still have my phone # on the MLS as the person to call to show the unit. They know I am not there, but I have been getting as many as 6 calls a day. They also don't respond to some offers. A friend of mine had his agent fax an offer on the same day as it was put on the MLS. There was no response to the offer and the agent didn't return calls. I left a message for them to change the listing to remove my #. If they don't I will be filing a complaint with the Board of Realtors.
