This place has lost my business for good. I have been to the one in Fairfield and Vallejo numerous times until I went in the past Monday for a 30 minute massage at lunch. The massage was fine until the very end after my scalp was massaged the lady doing it took a handful of my hair and began to pull it. At first I was a little confused one because this has never happened before and two it was painful to have my hair pulled. After a minute I asked her to stop and she continued to pull my hair. I was extremely angry and uncomfortable but if I got off the table I probably would have lost my temper. I then called to speak with the manager at the Fairfield office on wed to discuss the matter and again today and was told it was a misunderstanding. It was common practice for their culture to pull the hair of the people they massage. I told her that I had told the lady to stop and she didn't and I was dissatisfied with their service and wanted a refund. All they could offer me was a discount. I don't know what culture would like their hair to be pulled for a "relaxing massage". I've been a good customer to them and this is all they could offer me.
